Your First Visit:
At your first visit you will be required to fill out a thorough health history and consent form, please bring any relevant medical records with you. We will then talk about the problems you are having and what can be done. A manual diagnosis and treatment will then be completed taking a look at your whole body and checking the movement of joints and muscles applying treatment as necessary.
What to Wear:
Please wear loose and comfortable clothing. Athletic wear is usually the best choice.
Treatment Times & Fees:
Initial Assessment Including Full Treatment: $100
Follow up Treatment: $70
Parking and Accessibility:
Parking is available on-site free of charge. The clinic is wheel chair accessible, their are no stairs or steps.
Payment
Policy:
Treatments are covered for reimbursement by most major insurance companies in Ontario. We can directly bill your insurance company for you or upon payment you will be issued a receipt that you can then submit to your insurance company. Please be advised we do not participate with or deal with MVA insurance or WSIB. We accept cash, debit or credit.
